Özet (EN)

This study aims to examine the relationship between staff perceptions of organizational cooperation and the organizational communication climate in RAM (Guidance and Research Centers). Accordingly, the study questions are listed as follows: "Do the perceptions of staff in RAM about organizational cooperation differ significantly according to gender, and professional seniority?", " Do the perceptions of the staff in RAM about organizational communication climate differ significantly according to gender, professional seniority?" and "What level is the relationship between the organizational cooperation perceptions and organizational communication climate perceptions of the staff in RAM?". The sample of the study, in which the exploratory correlational research model was used, consists of a total of 328 personnel, including 166 special education teachers and 162 psychological counselors, working in RAM in the 2021-2022 academic year. The study data were obtained by using the Personal Information Form that included demographic information developed by the researcher, Cooperation Scale and Organizational Communication Climate Scale. Descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test and Pearson correlation test were used in the analysis of the data. Research findings showed that the level of cooperation of the staff working in the RAM did not differ according to the variables of gender and professional seniority. While there was no significant difference in the occupational seniority variable in the organizational communication climate scale and its manager and employee-based sub-dimensions of the staff working in the RAM, it was found that there was a significant difference according to the gender variable. The organizational communication climate levels of male personnel are higher than the organizational communication climate levels of female personnel. A significant difference was found in the manager-based sub-dimension of organizational communication climate according to the gender variable. The manager-based organizational communication climate of male personnel is higher than the manager-based organizational communication climate of female personnel. There was no significant difference in terms of gender in the employee-based sub-dimension of organizational communication climate. It has been concluded that there is a low level and significant relationship between the cooperation levels of the personnel, the employee and manager-based sub-dimensions of the organizational communication climate scale. Suggestions were made based on the findings of the study.
