Abstract (EN)
Jami'al-Tawarîkh by Rashid al-Din Fadlullâh is a master piece written on the request of Ilhânlian Ruler, Gâzân Hân. The first version the book was arranged in three volumes between the years of 1306 and 1307, and the second version of the book completed at the year of1310 in the four volumes. The book is one of the main sources written in Persian literature. The History of Khwarazm section of the book will be translated and evaluated in this thesis. The thesis will consist of three parts. In the first part of the thesis, the life and works of Rashid al-Din Fadlullâh will be given. The first part also gives detailed information about his education, scientific personality and life. In the second part of the thesis, the book titled Jami'al-Tawarîkh, which is considered as the first world history book of the author will be examined. In the third chapter of the thesis, the History part of the Jami'al-Tawarîkh's Khwarazm book will be translated.
