Abstract (EN)
In this study of Turkish literature, one of the major poets and writers Rifat Ilgaz's written for children "Adventures of Bacaksız" series of children's literature and Turkish Courses in Teaching Program has been reviewed and evaluated.Children's literature is one of the important novels of children, the child's interests and create up fallen world, national and moral values in shaping, language awareness and reading habits in children in the creation of a separate value is.Children at every stage of this study be considered novel, speculative structure, format and content features were assessed with. Elementary Turkish Course Curriculum of the Turkish education in the light series have been determined on the benefits it may provide. Not collide with the reality of the child and the child can roll and managed to siege "Adventures of Bacaksız" series, with solid and sensible scheme yielded precious works of children's literature of Ilgaz.Key Words: Children's literature, children's novels, Rıfat Ilgaz, English Teaching Program, format, content.
