Abstract (EN)
The youth of the poet, whose childhood coincided with the period of National literature, also coincides with the Republican period, when the country has witnessed radical changes in political, economic, and cultural terms. Furthermore, Rıfat Necdet Evrimer is one of the Republic famous person who feels responsible for Atatürk's reforms based on reason and science and their adoption by the public. Evrimer held different positions in many cities from the north to the south of the country, until Bursa, Giresun, Trabzon, Sivas, and Hatay. In Evrimer's creations, his identity as an educator combined with the love of Atatürk and own country. It can be clearly seen that Rıfat Necdet Evrimer exhibited many different types of works such as poetry, biography, aphorism, compilation, essay, conversation, and article. He never left journalism activities and moreover, the articles of him published an array of magazines namely, Hisar, Aksu, Varlık, Hareket, İnan and so on. This study includes an examination of the life, art, and works of Rıfat Necdet Evrimer. Evrimer's understanding of art; his poetry, his view of poetry, language, and style were discussed, whilst his poems have been classified based on contents.
