Relationship between organizational commitment and the tendency of taking risk and the application so as to determine the relationship

At that study, it is searched that the relationship between organizational commitment, which always protects and rises the respectability within current modern organization structure and the concept of tendency of taking risk, which is a requirement and will be a requirement in every field of daily routine and the business life. An application is held in order to determine the relationship between the situation of the tendency of taking risk and organizational commitment. Moreover, the relationships between the sub-dimensions of the tendency of taking risk and the sub-dimensions of organizational commitment are also examined. It is added to the study whether it is a different between demographic properties this sub-dimensions. The samples of the research are 343 workers who work in 8 firms having operations in 6 fields in The Organized Industrial Zone in the country of Gediz of Kütahya Province. At that study the questionnaire is used as data gathering process. The data obtained through the questionnaires are analyzed via SPSS statistics programme. The datas are subjected to the evaluation of reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, T-test, variance analyses. According to the results of the study, it is seen that the degrees of organizational commitment of the workers of being in tendency of taking risk have risen.
