Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, numerical solution of Regularized Long Wave (RLW) equation was obtained with Moving Least Squares Collocation Method. Four test problems were studied to shown the effectiveness of the proposed method. For all test problems C1, C2, C3 invariants and for the test problem whose analytical solution L_2, L_∞ error norms were calculated. The obtained results were compared with some numerical results in the literature and analytical results. In addition, graphs of the obtained numerical solutions for all test problems were given. As a result, it is seen that the method used to calculate the numerical solution of RLW equation is a high accuracy method.
