It meticulously examines the diverse initiatives deployed by international non-governmental organizations to strengthen the social culture adaption within communities. Notably, the research gives insight into the impact of the 3RP Program(Regional Refugee & Resilience Plan), shedding light on its effectiveness in bolstering social cohesion initiatives. Employing a comprehensive multi-method approach, the study integrates qualitative insights from interviews with NGO and INGO representatives with quantitative data from surveys, capturing the nuanced perceptions and experiences of program participants and non-participants alike.
