Abstract (EN)

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic, inflammatory and painful autoimmune disease that causes immune system to attact joints. Within initial period of RA, cells belonged to immune system become an active and an autoimmune process begins and cells create a defense mechanism against their body. When RA is triggered, immune response of body cause to synovium inflammation. This period eventuates with triggered of inflammation by pro and medial molecular mediators such cytokine and other inflammatuvar agents. TNF-? is accepted the most important proinflammatuvar cytokine to cause RA. For this reason, detection of TNF-? is an important parameter that is used getting right information about activity of the disease, determining and displaying its localization to understand duration of the disease period in RA.In this study, novel nanobioblockers have been synthesized for TNF-? blocking. The conjugates that have synthesized using TNF-? and anti- TNF-? have converted to nano polymeric form which has fluorescence property and activities have been tested. Also TNF-? and anti- TNF-? have been conjugated to hyaluronic acid which is a major component of joint and cartilage and superparamagnetic nanoparticles. Characterization studies have been shown nano and conjuge form of TNF-? and anti- TNF-? still save their activities. So that TNF-? can be detected and blocked in the sample of rheumatoid artritis patients.
