Abstract (EN)
In this study, as a method of protection of the rights of children deprived of parental care, the international adoption is examined. Historyof adoption in Russia; In Russian legislation, international the adoption mechanism, terms, procedure and legal consequences, and the adoption confidentiality are examined. In Russia, a number of measures have been proposed for the development and spread of the international adoption institution. Key Words:Adoption, adopter, adopted, international adoption, adoption confidentiality, intermediary institution of adoption.
