Abstract (EN)
After the Arab Spring, Russia started to take an even more aggressive attitude in its policies regarding the Middle East. After the Arab Spring winds hit Syria, Russia has clearly expressed its position here. Supporting the Syrian government, Russia cooperated with Iran and China against America and other Western states. Putin's 2007 Munich speech heralded Russia's demand for a new world order.Russia took an even more aggressive attitude towards the unipolar world order led by the US after the Syrian Crisis. In this thesis, Russia's Middle East, the Mediterranean and other regions of the policies pursued by countries in the region and especially answers to the questions that were sought to Turkey how it affects.
