Abstract (EN)
The liberalization of the electricity market in the world of work and private sector stakeholders electricity generation, distribution and sales function due to begin to take place in Turkey were affected. The need for Turkey to join the European Union as well as regulation must demonstrate economic progress. In this context, many institutions that are in the public monopoly with the liberalization of electricity market have been privatized and various regulations have been made in order to increase the competitive environment. This reason has been widespread use of renewable energy sources in Turkey, with national diversity of sources is provided orientation to domestic sources. In this study, considering the high wind energy potential of our country, competitiveness of domestic resources has been evaluated in order to reduce dependence on foreign sources. Installation, production and operation of wind power plants; After the literature research, in order to obtain competitive advantages, qualitative research techniques were examined by in - depth interview method. As a result; by determining the direction to be developed in Turkey assessments were created. At the same time, the Diamond Model defined by M. Porter were discussed in order to gain competitive advantage for our country's wind power plants in both production and electricity sales.
