The purpose of this study is toinvestigate the effect of Servant Leadership behaviors in the SMMM work environment on job satisfaction and lide satisfaction. The effect of Servant Leadership as a leadership style deemed appropriate for this profeession is to reveal, the effects of job satisfaction when emloyess who are the continuation of the profeession are given desired qualifications.
