Abstract (EN)

Businesses should have used their resources in the best possible way for can increase their market share and to be able to outmanoeuvre his opponents. In this context, a major cost factor for businesses and eliminating loss to the chronic process is important. To prevent this type of loss should be included in process development activities. Experimental design and quality improvement process is an effective way to prevent losses. Low cost, fast results, which took place as an effective method. In this study occurred during sheet cutting off part of the tolerance problem is considered and experimental design and quality has been improved. According to the results of the experiment conducted at the optimum machine setting parameters. Cutting measures affecting factors and interactions are described with the help of graphs and tables. As a result, part of the standard deviation was calculated. Determining the confidence intervals will be obtained after cutting measures have been identified. Validation experiment has been made. As the final experiment before and after the target value of deviation compared from size cutting, and the results have been analyzed. Keywords: Design of Experiment, Full Factorial Design, Parameter Design, Seven Quality Tool.
