Abstract (EN)

In this study, springback behaviour of sheet metal materials has been analysed end of forming operations and FEA studies are made to get final part in defined tolerances range. Material type is DC04 with thickness 0,65 mm. Simulation solutions are obtained from Autoform Software, with accurate parameters using die surfaces which are created via Catia software based on original model. Deciding correct parameters is leading factor to prevent rework related with time and cost. Drawing operation has been determined to be compensated according to simulation result. Formation of plastic deformation induced by force, is the reason of choosing drawing operation. Compensated surface of forming operation, which is included upper die, punch and blank holder, have been used for machining after simulations studies. After pre-assembly, grading-polishing and final assembly stages are performed. Die try-out and dimensional accuracy being provided. The purpose of die try-out is to ensure the die compatibility with the sheet metal. After the die try-out, the part is laser cutting. The part is first checked and measured on fixture. Subsequently amount of deviation is examined being coincided with original model by 3D-ATOS scanner. As a result of the studies, the compensation results obtained in Autoform were compared with the experimental part were similar to each other.
