Abstract (EN)

The effectiveness, efficiency and quality of health services depend on 'human power'. Work performance of human power is affected by personal characteristics, working environment and conditions, and attitudes and behaviors of other employees. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between job performance and job definition and dominance over the job, self-efficacy level in family-work conflict, self-efficacy level in work-family conflict, and family satisfaction. The aim of this study is to determine a significant difference between personal characteristics and family status, self-efficacy level in family-work conflict, self-efficacy level in work-family conflict, and family satisfaction. The study is a cross-sectional field study. The research group consists of 495 people who work as health personnel in the province of Tokat and voluntarily participated in the study. In this study, it was determined that there was a positive significant relationship between performance at work and job definition and dominance over the job, self-efficacy level in family-work conflict, and family satisfaction, while a negative relationship was found between self-efficacy level in work-family conflict.
