Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the crisis management skills levels of health managers according to the perceptions of health workers in line with concepts such as crisis management skills and leadership types, and to determine the relationship between crisis management skills and leadership styles. The analysis of the data obtained from the scale used in the study was made using IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 25.0. In the first stage, the percentage and frequency distributions of general information with demographic information are presented. In the second stage, descriptive statistics such as percentage distributions and mean response and standard deviation for the scales used in the study were included. Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk normality tests were performed for the dimensions. Since the distributions of the dimensions did not fit the normal distribution, the Mann-Whitney-U test for each paired group and the Kruskal Wallis test for the triple and extra group were used in the group differences test. In order to determine the source of the differences between the groups, the mean rank (Mean Rank) values were examined. Kendall's Tau_b correlation analysis was used to test the correlation analyses, since the distribution of the scale could not conform to the normal distribution. In the other stage, regression analysis was applied to determine the relations with the help of the model. In order to provide least squares assumptions in the regression model, solutions were carried out under the Newey-West algorithm. In the regression analysis, leadership style was found to be positively (positively) significantly correlated with crisis management skills (p<0.05). Leadership style has the power to explain crisis management behavior with R2 = 33.1%. Perception of Leadership Style 1 br. increases, crisis management skill is 0.275 br. will increase. Thus, the main hypothesis H01 is satisfied. When analyzed according to the sub-dimensions of leadership, it is the interactionist leaders who increase the crisis management skills the most.
