Özet (EN)

Ethical values, which started to occur with the beginning of humanity, has increased in importance with publıc lıfe and increased business opportunities. The rapid advancement of technology with the industrial revolution, ethical principles has been formed within the medical field also started to be created in other professional groups. Ethical values are increasing in importance with each passing day. This study performed with health care professionals who work in the Pamukkale University Hospital and our goal is to measura the ethical approach and sensitivity to the ethical problems of the health care professionals. In the study area, a survey of was conducted to the group consisting of 284 people. The survey was conducted with healthcare workers in direct contact with the patient's diagnosis and treatment; doctors, nurses, midwives and health professionals who participated voluntarly. The questionnaire consisted of three sections. The first part of the questionnaire is recognitıon questions; the socio-demographic questions. The second section ethical values. The third part of the questionnaire consisted of questions for ethical sensitivity. At the end of the research; in the institution of the work done, identified that special situations such as gender, marital status, and communication between health care professionals affects ethical sensitivity of the health care workers
