Abstract (EN)

In recent years, which outputs are related to perceptions of justice in an organization has become a subject that is frequently questioned. This issue is seen as more important for health institutions operating on sensitive issues, especially such as human life, where errors cannot be tolerated, because of they affect the behavior and attitudes of employees. However, another factor that is important for the health institutions that often face ethical dilemmas is the level of ethical sensitivity of their employees and these two variables are thought to be related to each other. Therefore, the aim of this thesis is to find out whether there is a significant relationship between organizational justice perception and ethical sensitivity levels, whether organizational justice affects ethical sensitivity and whether the socio-demographic characteristics of participants create a difference on organizational justice perceptions and ethical sensitivity levels. This in study, the Organizational Justice Scale developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993) to measure the perception of organizational justice; the Ethical Susceptibility Questionnaire developed by Kim Lutzen (1994) in order to measure the level of ethical sensitivity with a questionnaire form which included the socio-demographic characteristics of the participants were used. In the analysis of the data, firstly reliability analyzes, descriptive statistical methods, t test in independent samples, one-way variance (ANOVA) analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used. According to the data obtained from the study; There are statistically significant differences in organizational justice perceptions and ethical sensitivity levels in terms of the characteristics of the participants such as the institution they work at, the level of education and working hours in the institution. However, there was a low positive correlation between general organizational justice perceptions and ethical sensitivity levels. Among the sub-dimensions of the scales, it was determined that the highest relationship was between fair distribution and orientation dimension. According to these results, it is expected that there will be an increase in ethical sensitivity levels due to the increase in perceptions of organizational justice. For this reason, considering the factors affecting the perceptions of employees about organizational justice, creating a fair working environment and feeding the ethical sensitivity positively is seen as very important for health institutions.
