In our theses, the concepts of health, right to health, health services and histories, as well as the place of private hospitals within the scope of the Right to Health within the scope of International human rights and access to these private hospitals within the scope of the right to health are examined. In this context, the thesis consists of two chapters. In the first chapter, of this theses, the health, the right to health, the history of these concepts in international and national terms are examined separately within the framework of general sources and then the connections of the mentioned concepts within the framework of the right to health are mentioned. In the second chapter, the institutions of private hospitals within the framework of the right to health and within the scope of the legal regulations, the applications of licenses of the private hospitals, their legal place and legal characteristics were examined and the issue of how to access to private hospitals within the scope of the right to health was discussed and the differences in access to public hospitals and private hospitals were examined.
