Abstract (EN)

In the postgraduation study conducted, positive and negative factors affecting time management in health institutions managemen have been investigated. In the study, a questionnaire has been devised in order to evaluate the agents such as education, experience, age, gender, time planning, income status, communication technologies, time traps, etc., that positively and negatively affect time management being one of the most important concepts of management performance. The research consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, studies on the literature related with the subject have been presented. In the second part, the concepts of Health Management, health institutions manager, hospital management have been emphasized. The third section contains research methods and instruments (Quantitative Methods). In the fourth chapter, the results of the study have been discussed and suggestions have been made to the researchers in the field. The preferences of managers in time management vary by their education level, years of experience in management, marital status, and previous training/education on time management.
