Crisis management i̇n health i̇nsti̇tuti̇ons and an example practi̇ce

The aim o this study is to reveal the approaches of health workers taking an active role crisis management in health servises. The sample was randomly selected in this cross - sectional, descriptive and inferential study by easy sampling method. Data were collected by questionnaire. When the participants responses to the KYO scores and their sub-dimensions were examinated, there was a statistically significant difference between the participants whether they participated in an in-service training program about age, occupation and crisis management.
