The situation in the healthcare sector is no different. In this study, it is aimed to analyze the problems of women working in the healthcare sector. A survey was applied to woman healthcare workers from different occupational groups who work in Kocaeli/Turkey and San Diego/USA, and the similarities of the problems and which country has better working conditions were investigated. In the result of the research, it was found that woman healthcare workers have problems about salary, discrimination and use of rights in Turkey. It was also found that healthcare workers work in better conditions in USA than in Turkey. It is evaluated that increasing the number of healthcare workers and providing flexible working hours during maternity and motherhood periods would be effective to solve the problem.
