The aim of this study was to determine the levels of emotional commitment and sense of safety and health managers to evaluate them according to demographic variables and to reveal the relationship between affective commitment and job security perception. Cross-sectional descriptive and aimed at the entire population in this study. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The response has been complete 163 questionnaires evaluated. Analysis of the data; SPSS 22.0 for Windows package program has been safely in 95%. The top 11% of respondents, 21.5% moderate, sub-manager is composed of 67.5%. General managers perception of safety at work and emotional commitment to medium-high. In addition, the perception of emotional commitment of managers and job security of title, gender, institutions, hospitals with seniority, mode of operation and found a statistically significant difference between the units.
