Abstract (EN)

In this work, Shah Walıyyullah al-Dehlawee (d.1176 / 1762), which we find a chance to investigate his life and his scientific adventure, emerges as one of the muhaddis' personalities who stamped on the 1700s. We are witnessing that thanks to the services that al-Dehlawee had done especially in the domain of hadith, he revived the hadith that had lost its reputation in the previous periods and that even this revival is still influential today. His works, which he has written about hadith, are both a turning point and a daylight. In addition, Dehlawee's hadith has made a great contribution to the understanding of the hadiths that have been transmitted to us from our authentic sources. al-Dehlawee, al-Muwatta of the Imam Malik (d.179 / 795) Yahya b. Yahya wrote a commentary al-Musevva Sharh al-Muvatta in his narration of al-Qa'ida (p. 234/849). al-Muvatta is the most famous work of Imam Malik and contains a number of hadiths on the subjects of fiqh, practices of the people of Medina, companions and natural felts, and Imam Malik's own ijtihad. The al-Muvatta is a work that is as much respected as day-to-date from the date of receipt of the deposit, as it is from the authority of the author in hadith and fiqh science and from the first works in his own field. The reason for this reputation is that many scholars have been working on sharpsholes. al-Dehlawee explained the hadiths in many ways, mainly in the aspect of fiqh, in his above-mentioned work, and he explained his views with a style that the understanding of the subject of the study could understand. Moreover, narrations and views conveyed by scholars have sometimes refuted their views and arguments by bringing in evidence, sometimes supported by evidence. The explanations that al-Dehlawee has published in his work al-Musevva, whose aim is to introduce in our work and which is not known by everyone, shows us that he is a masterpiece in many scientific fields.
