Poet Ahmed's manuscript work named Mawlid [snalysis-critical text]

The study in your hand includes the historical course of the mawlid type and the transcriptioned full text and analysis of Ahmed's work named "Mevlid", which is registered in İnebey Manuscript and Printed Works Library General number 502, by comparing it with three more copies. We do not have any information about which of the copies were written by the poet Ahmed himself, and we do not have any information about their copyists. However, by examining the copies, it is possible to reach a lot of information about the author. Our study consists of an introduction and four parts. In the introduction part, the purpose, method and importance of our research are stated. In the first part, matters related to the mawlid; mawlid tradition, as a literary genre, mawlid, parts of mawlid, mawlid texts and music, mawlid texts are examined within the framework of the titles. In the second part, the issues related to the author; his life and works were examined within the framework of the titles. In the third part, the issues related to the work analysis; the reason why "Mawlid" was written, its shape features, language features, and content features are examined. The fourth chapter includes the description of the copies, the choosing of the master copy, the method followed in the creation of the text, the transcription system and the titles of the critical text.
