Abstract (EN)
Water, in nature because of the good solvent pure as does, located more or less in proportion to the dissolved substances. The quality of water depends on the type and amounts of these substances in the liquid state. As well as drinking water and water use for use in agriculture, the composition of water to be used in industry is very important. Water is supplied to the salt melt a substance name. Salts, or electrolytes in water that has been dissociated, is divided into ions. The basic salt consists of anions. As the anions can be found with small amounts in the water, they can be found with the amount that can affect the use of the water negatively. When highly anions containing waters were used as irrigation water, they cause deterioration of the structure of the water if any precautions were not taken timely. Because of that reason knowing the anion ingredients of the water which is used for the irrigation is an important issue. In this study simultaneous analysis of seven different anion (Fluoride, Chloride, Nitrite, Bromur, Nitrate, Phosphate, and Sulfate) in the 13 different water sample collected from Sakarya/Turkey was conducted with ion chromatography method. Analyzes were performed simultaneously using the ion chromatography method. Some validation tests and the optimum conditions for the determination of anions were studied. The analysis of anions was accomplished by the dilution of the sample injection device. Samples were used to adjust the terms of the device and the results were recorded. Ion chromatography (IC) is now considered as an excellent technique for the analysis of ions in many samples.
