Abstract (EN)
Chalcones containing C6-C3-C6 carbone skeleton in their moleculer structures are two aromatic ring compounds in flavonoid family. In the fact that chalcone derivations structures bound with isocyanate groups, it?s considered that varieties of biological activity will be higher. In this work, it is aimed to synthesize different derivations of chalcone moleculers consisting of ureatic groups. Initially acetophenone with nitrobenzaldehyde reacts and nitro chalcone compounds are synthesized. After these compounds reacts with SnCl2.2H2O and reduced nitro group, aminochalcone is obtained. Consequently, varieties of isocyanate react with amino chalcone and by this way, ureatic compounds are synthesized. 1H NMR, 13C NMR and IR spektrums of all the final products have been elucidated
