Abstract (EN)
In this study, seasonal samples of macroalgae were taken from 3 stations (Taflan, Dereköy, Kumcağız) selected from Samsunʼs county 19 Mayıs in 2016. As a result of the diagnosis of these samples, a total of 3 species belonging to 2 divisions of Chlorophyta (Ulva intestinalis and Cladophora glomerata) and 1 Ochrophyta (Scytosiphon lomentaria) were detected. In the study area, summer samples of Cladophora glomerata sampling stations, Scytosiphon lomentaria were only identified in winter samples of Dereköy station. Ulva intestinalis has been available in all three seasonal sampling stations. For this reason, only the changes in chemical composition of Ulva intestinalis were determined from these 3 species. Seasonal changes in the chemical composition of Ulva intestinalis were found to be statistically significant (p<0.05).
