Abstract (EN)
The use of Virtual Reality technologies used in many fields around the world is becoming widespread in the construction sector. Realized in the construction industry with Virtual Reality technologies; The results obtained in the design, communication, site management, training, occupational health and safety and maintenance-repair processes show that virtual reality systems make significant contributions and advantages compared to traditional methods. In many studies, it is seen that the systems developed with Virtual Reality Technologies have started to replace traditional methods. The solutions produced with Building Information Modeling tools, another innovative technology in the construction sector, offer new perspectives to the stakeholders of the construction sector. Simulated tools of Virtual Reality technologies in the designs developed with Building Information Modeling; produces effective results in cooperation, coordination and presentation. In addition, the possibilities offered by simulated representation models produced in the areas of marketing, design and occupational health and safety with Virtual Reality technologies offer realism and depth perception. In this study, according to the frequency and effectiveness of use of Virtual Reality technology tools in construction sector; software and hardware samples were investigated. Scope of work; accident, injury, death etc. Occupational Health and Safety processes which are a major concern in the construction sector in the world, such as risk factors, have been examined. Works related to Occupational Health and Safety based on Building Information Modeling supported by Virtual Reality technologies were investigated, and Meta Analysis studies were conducted and evaluated. A BIM-based Occupational Health and Safety Implementation Plan (ISGUP) model proposal was developed. With the results achieved in this direction, solutions were proposed to expand the use of virtual reality technologies in the construction sector. It is considered that the positive gains will be achieved by the use of Virtual Reality Technologies in the construction sector.
