Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the concepts of virtual organizations, organizational culture, social sustainability and the relations of these concepts with each other are examined. The main purpose of this study is to determine the identification between them by examining the effect of organizational culture in virtual organizations on social sustainability. The scope of this research consists of e-commerce companies operating in online systems, whose service role is B2C (Business to Customer). The survey method was chosen as the data collection method in the research, and a survey was collected from 304 employees of the e-commerce company within the scope of the sample easily. The research universe consists of employees working in virtual organizations. The questionnaire form consists of the Social Sustainability Scale and the Organizational Culture scale. The analysis of the data was analyzed with the SPSS program. As a result of the research, it was determined that the organizational culture in virtual organizations affects the perception of social sustainability.
