The widespread use of information and communication technologies in daily and organizational life brings about various positive and negative changes. Since the use of communication technologies is shaped according to personal intentions, technological developments also effect the emergence of uncontrolled and negative situations called cyber bullying. The questionnaires collected from the employees were uploaded to the computer and statistically analyzed through the SPSS 19.0 program. In the analysis of the data, firstly, descriptive statistical methods (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation), reliability analysis and factor analysis were applied. In order to analyze the quantitative data, t-Test and OneWay ANOVA Tests were used; in the process of comparing, the scales Correlation and Regression Analyses were used. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was found that the nurses' exposure to cyber bullying differed according to gender, age, income, time spent in the sector, time spent time in the workplace and the management approach of the institution. A statistically significant, however weak, negative correlation was found between exposure to cyber bullying and emotional commitment. However, no significant relationship was found between exposure to cyber bullying and normative and continuity commitment. Also, a statistically significant, however weak, negative correlation was found between exposure to cyber bullying and external satisfaction. However, no significant relationship was found between the employees' exposure to cyber bullying and the internal satisfaction. As a result of the regression analysis, it was found that exposure to cyber bullying had a statistically significant negative effect on the organizational commitment and emotional commitment of the nurses.
