Conservation in art museums, warehouse and exhibition areas

In the first part, the definition of art museum, its history, types and the collection that make up this diversity will be given. A framework will be drawn about the functionality of the Art Museums and the management of the Collection within this functionality. Within this framework, studies on conservation methodology are explained. In the second part, it is evaluated with the conservation methodology applied by the Art Museums as Collection Management. Examples of Art Museum in Turkey and in the world, the place has been given to research on the protection methodology and collection management. In the third part, the depot and exhibition areas of the Art Museums are discussed. some information about the Museum of Art in the World and Turkey on the basis of storage and display conditions have been shared protection policies.
