The impact of industrialization on social role behaviors

It is assumed that industrialization and the social change it brings with it have radically changed perceptions of status and role. This research is based on document review. When it comes to the limitations of the research, it can be seen as a limitation that the variables examined are western societies that progress faster in terms of social development. On the other hand, although the main sources on this subject are taken as reference, the fact that it is not possible to examine all the works written on industrialization can be seen as another limitation It has been observed that in the period when microenvironment abuse exists, primitive differentiations based on gender and age make their presence felt. How the Enlightenment and the French Revolution contributed to industrialization were examined. The factors affecting the development of the industrial revolution are discussed. How industrialization is supported by economic, legal and technological elements is discussed. Thus, it has been observed that industrialization reconstructs status and role balances and transforms labor relations. The relationship between industrialization and specialization has been questioned, and the institutional changes that have emerged with industrialization have been included with the emerging specialization relations and the new form of stratification based on the division of labor. In addition, the division of labor and new roles in the information society are discussed and the main assumptions of the thesis are questioned.
