Abstract (EN)
Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) needles collected from Kars–Sarıkamış region were studied with Supercritical CO2 extraction on 40C temperature 200 bar and 300 bar pressure with different solvents and their extracts were analized using GC-MS. 146 different components were determined as a result of the analysis. Bioactivities of these components were shown in table. Only three of these components were reported in previous Supercritical CO2 studies, remaining are newly identified. The found components were Hexadecanoic acid, 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester (%0.47) and Hexanoic acid (%0.05). In the GC-MS analysis results shown Benzoic acid (%0.05-5.99), Trans-caryophyllene (%8.13-18.22), Germacrene-D (%4.35-5.97), γ-Cadinene (%3.98-6.11), 1-Hydroxy-1,7-dimethyl-4 isopropyl-2,7-cyclodecadien (%2.85-5.54), (-)-Caryophyllene oxide (%0.45-1.05), Dihydroagathic acid (%2.55-6.49), 1,6,10 Dodecatrien,7,11-dimethiyl-3-methylen (%0.05-0.51), α-Copaen (%0.12-0.74) and Napthalen,1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a-octahydro-7-methyl-4-methylen-1-(1-methylethyl) (%1.31-4.45) were common components in all experiments. 5 different fatty acids were identified as a result of analysis. Most abundant of these was 9-Octadecanoic acid (%8.86-23.67), followed by Hexadecanoic acid (%2.47-7.65) and 9,12-Octadecanoic acid (%0.49-1.27) respectively. Monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes constitutes a large number of volatile components. Among the monoterpenes Delta, 3-Carene and amoung the sesquiterpenes including trans-Caryophyllen, Germacrene-D, γ-Cadinene and (-)-Caryophyllene oxide were dominant.
