Abstract (EN)

Fiber-reinforced cement sheets are hardpressed, fibrous cement-based plates in autoclave, used as interior facade, exterior facade and roofing material in structures. The basic engineering features provided by fiber-reinforced cement materials continue to be used for structures that improve quality of life with long, trouble-free service life. Nowadays, sellulose is still used in the production of fiber reinforced cement sheets and is a significant part of the production cost. The cellulose used is not produced and imported with domestic resources and leads to a loss of foreign currency. In this study, the production of fiber reinforced cement sheets was investigated for the production of Fiber reinforced cement board as a source of cellulose saz straw fibers that grow annually in Eber and Aksehir lakes instead of raw cellulose, which is imported from raw cellulose. Cement, silica sand and cellulose are used as the main resin for the production of fiber reinforced cement sheets. Reed cane, which is a natural resource and contains cellulose in its structure, was obtained from freshwater lakes and made ready for use after crushing and grinding processes. This ensures that the source of cellulose is provided from local and natural sources, and that fiber-reinforced cement sheets are produced in environmental and more economic conditions. The ground reed straw is added to the dry mixture (cement, silica sand, linen) and cement dough is obtained. According to the physical and mechanical test results on the samples produced, it was determined that the fiber reinforced cement plates, which provide sufficient mechanical properties using the cellulose welding reed, and are more economical, can be produced.
