Abstract (EN)

Transparent conductive oxides have a quite important place in today's technology. Indium tin oxide is one of the most widely used transparent conductive oxides. However, indium is an expensive metal because it is scarce. In this study, Sb+5/Mg+2 double-substituted In2O3 transparent conductive oxide materials (Mg2x/3In2-xSbx/3O3) were synthesized by a high-temperature solid-state reaction method. The structural, electrical, and optical properties of the synthesized samples were investigated. In this study, transparent conductive oxides with low cost were obtained by deacreasing the indium ratio and substituting Sb+5/Mg+2, and the effect of the ratio of substituted material on the physical properties of indium oxide was investigated. The samples were prepared as powders and pellets at 1250°C and 1350°C. Structural characterizations were made using an X-ray diffraction device and it was observed that transparent conductive oxides crystallize in the bixbyite structure
