Abstract (EN)

The increased resistance in trachea may have an intensity spectrum degree from light rhonchus to unventilated lungs.A more high degree airway pressure must be applied for ventilation. The bronchospasm observed as permanent damage after the destruction of oxygenation related to medical condition must be fixed immediately. The contracted trachea must be relaxed by using bronchodilator drugs. Therefore, the bronchodilator effects of the chemicals used in our study were investigated. This study is performed in four groups as CAPE, Atorvastatin calcium, Ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate and SG-Benz.The study was made with 40 animals totally being 10 animals per group. The rats used in experiments are weighted first and then killed by cervical dislocation and tracheas are isolated by opening of neck region with laryncheal bifurcation. The isolated tracheas are placed into the computerized organ bath systems filled with Krebs-Henseleit solution. The organ vitality is tested with KCl and ACh is supplied to trachea for precontraction.CAPE, Atorvastatin calcium, pyrrolidine or SG-Benz were given as 10-9 - 3x10-4 M doses cumulatively to obtain contraction and relaxation responses and these responses were recorded in data acquisition analyzing system by isometric transducer. All group drug relaxation responses were observed excluding Pyrrolidine and relaxation response shared dose was 10-6 M.SG-Benz created more relaxation response than other drugs at this dose.As a result, excluding Pyrrolidine, all drugs created increasing relaxation responses tied to dosages in trachea smooth muscles precontracted with ACh.
