Özet (EN)

In this research, the effect of second-level process categories, planning, procurement, production, delivery and activation dimensions of the SCOR Model, which is a process reference model that eliminates and simplifies supply chain complexity, on product returns was investigated. The model of the research consists of metrics belonging to the second level process categories of the SCOR Model. The hypotheses developed in line with the model were analyzed with the SPSS program and then prioritized with the Entropy method, which is one of the multi-criteria decision making techniques. In the last stage of the study, an interview was conducted with the managers, suppliers and retailers of a company operating in the Organized Industrial Zone in Gaziantep on their supply chains. The universe of the study consists of companies that manufacture carpets in Gaziantep province Organized Industrial Zone. A total of 119 questionnaires were applied in this study. As a result of the analysis, it was seen that the SCOR Model 2nd level process categories Planning and Delivery had a positive and significant effect on the Return process. However, the supply process was found to be statistically insignificant on the return process. Finally, it has been found that the Enabler process which is included in the SCOR Model 12th Version is also effective on the return process.
