The variety of materials used in this field has increased with the current developments in additive manufacturing technologies, and titanium alloys have also found a place in these varieties. It has been created by the additive manufacturing technology of geometries that are very difficult or impossible to produce using traditional manufacturing methods. Moreover, the concept of "personalized" has emerged in implants and prostheses. Today, various surface treatments such as anodization, Successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR), sol-gel, plasma nitriding, CVD and PVD coating are applied to increase the working life of the Ti6Al4V alloy used as a biomaterial in the biomedical field. Anodization and SILAR techniques come to the fore due to their advantageous properties. In this study, it is aimed to increase the tribological and corrosion properties of Ti6Al4V alloy by coating TiO2, Ag2O and duplex (TiO2-Ag2O) films with Anodization and SILAR methods. After these surface coating processes, micro hardness measurements, scratch tests, wear and corrosion tests were carried out to determine the mechanical, tribological and corrosion properties of the untreated and coated samples. In addition, XRD and SEM were used to determine the structural features.
