Turkish national police restructuring with respect of selected eu countries police agencies working and organisation structure

In todays world and also in Turkey changes are lived in many area. Incerasing on economical and educational level of societies also effects expectation on changes. Todays evaluation values are democtatization, to be localized and civilization. On the frame of these subjects, the necessity is to realisation of re-organization in this century. To protect humana rights becomes reality only in democratic societies. Local problems couldn?t be soluted on occured areas by Goverments to be localized means citizens take more activity on act of managing.Our contry is on the way to Europan Union. On this way to catch EU standarts all govermental ağencies needs to be re-organized. Agencies personel, organization chart anda many subjects needs to be re-organized.Changes on todays world and re-organization on the way to EU, the purpose of our work is; with the instance of Belgium, Denmark and England Police Agencies to propose to re-organization of Turkish National Police with its stractural chart and organization. With these proposals, we target to candle-light to new expansions.In this respect; in first chapter, re-organization, re-engineering, the theoric basis of reform are analyzed. In second chapter with the dissection of selected EU Police Agencies en chapter three necessity of re-organization of Turkish National Police and suggestions for re-organization are presented.
