Abstract (EN)
Keywords : Şefkat, transkrip, transmission, text grammar, dictionary The present study constitutes its scope of investigation as the novel called "Şefkat" written by Medine Malikiwa. The novel was published in 1984 in Kril aphabet in Tatar by Tatar Publications. Further, a dictionary which covers the Turkish equivalences of the unknown words and idioms in the source text has been prepared. This study consists of three main chapters: transcription, translation and the grammatical and linguistic features of the text. The introductory chapter puts forward the morphological and phonetic properties of Tatar Turkish on the basis of the text dealt with rather than a holistic presentation. In the second chapter, the text written in Kril alphabet has been transcribed into Latin alphabet. The third chapter presents the Turkey Turkish translation of the text from Tatar Turkish. \r
