Factors that influence secretaries usage of managerial time productively

Human needs vary and increase throughout fast changes in modern life. In accordance with this, organizations, structured to meet social demands, increase and develop. Emerging technological innovations activated the competitive environment where organizations are surrounded by effecting working ways of organizations, shortening distances among organizations and facilitating cooperation of organizations. Enterprises that can effectively and productively use sources like raw materials, energy, capital, labour force, information and time in an intensive business environment of competition are able to gain success. Success is important for organizations to reach specific aims. But it is more important to reach targets by using best methods, least sources and shortest time. The main role of managers is to carry the organization to intended levels of success by decision making and its implementation. Therefore, they fulfill tasks as planning, organizing, directing, coordination and control within a cetain duration. People who are best helpers for managers are their secretaries at these matters. Achivement of secretaries - and also their managers depend on performing missions in certain time period and using limited time in a best way. Main concepts about secretaryship, secretarial services and time management subjects were mentioned in this study that dealed with the facts influencing effective and productive time usage of secretaries. Administrative time management and factors that effect time management productivity were examined. Conclusions were evaluated by datas of an application of an empirical study.
