The internet, which is in the form of global communication, has become an advanced technology, covering the needs of communication, entertainment, communication, research and many other needs in addition to providing the opportunity to access information all over the world for 24 hours and 24 hours. The Internet, which is indispensable in everyday life, has also affected the publishing field and has become the basis of publishing. This has led to major changes in the television industry as a new broadcasting platform in the light of these developments. Thanks to its numerous contents that can be created and transmitted through the possibilities of the internet, people can spend their leisure time and have fun. All mass media now broadcast on the internet. This advantage of the Internet is making a steady progress as a hybrid species with an increasing number of users. Especially, this environment where entertainment contents are followed closely gives people a feeling of relaxation. The fact that social media, humor pages, television, newspapers, radio and all mass media are taking place on the internet and usage rates increase day by day signals that people will use a single medium over time. These developments, which affect traditional television broadcasting, have also received effect. Rather than television series prepared with very big budget and rating concerns and with specific content, internet series, which is lower budgeted for the internet platform than television series, is seen as a more attractive environment for the producers. Turkey in 2017 'innocent' series traces of starting Internet array with broadcasting by the masses anytime anywhere and anytime period and any desired vehicle availability and opened a new era in due sector the most important content freedom of choice. Once people have reached the point of being able to access the internet via the smartphones they use, they are no longer the only professional producers, but the internet series can now be withdrawn by almost everyone, especially cinema and TV university students. Amateur studies have produced many internet series with professional work. The basic point of the thesis is this new development in publishing sector. Our thesis is based on the comparison of traditional TV series and internet series from scenario production process perspective. In this study, the differences of the scenarios in the context of these items are analyzed by starting from the basic elements of the scenario such as Content (Theme, narration), space and character, cost, structural features and target audience. As a result, in the content review made in the scenario of the series; it turns out that the platform change does not affect the basic scenario principles, but leads to differences in narration and functioning.
