Abstract (EN)
In this study, the modeling of the syntactic aluminum metallic foams and the effect of the mechanical properties of the pore size were investigated. In this context, closed-cell metallic foam manufacture and in the production process two different diameter syntactic raw foam materials were used as raw materials. Firstly, the obtained samples were modeled by Computer Aided Drawing Program (SOLİDWORKS) and then analyzed using the finite element package program (ANSYS). In addition, compression test macro and micro surface analyzes and SEM analyzes were performed. The results of the analysis of the produced samples and the results of the finishing element analysis were compared. Similar results were obtained in both analyzes.
