In the preparation of the thesis, shar'iyye registers, which have a great importance in terms of city histories and are one of the main sources of history, have been used, and other sources have been consulted where necessary. In the introductory chapter, information was given about the sher'iyye registry books used throughout the study and other sources related to the subject, and the history of the city was briefly mentioned.
