Abstract (EN)
As is known in our country energy use in industry, buildings and transport is carried out in three main groups. These industrial sector, about 36% of the final energy consumption in our country and with the share of 55% in electricity consumption has an important place. The industrial sector have a high potential for energy savings and as well as commercial energy consumed in industry, mostly due to the energy saving energy is a sector that needs to be addressed primarily in the energy saving projects. In this study, high energy consuming industries is one of the ceramic industry and a sanitaryware ceramic kiln energy efficiency in order to increase the kiln waste heat leveraging produce hot water for an heat exchanger designed and implemented and the results and benefits are evaluated.
