Abstract (EN)

Vehicles may have stalling distance and braking capability, and the loss of goods is a major concern. Brakes; slowing down and resetting the speed of the vehicle, to control the speed of the vehicle. Brakes; kinetic energy, or potential energy produced by friction, velocity, and mass. Braking is surprising, to make the fit of two pieces of disc and shoe material clear. Cracks or deformations are caused on the disc in case of sudden cooling and heat-related fatigue. As a result, the braking performance has been reduced. Vehicle gin disc is taken, one is coated, the surfaces are coated with carbon, ceramic and carbon. The purpose of the coatings is to increase the coefficient of friction, decrease the temperatures and increase the impact strength. Microscopic surface scans of discs and paddles, surface hardness measurements, surface roughness measurements, pre- and post-test measurements were performed. SAE was introduced into a wide and appropriate brake activity test, in accordance with J2522 (Glabol efficiency grade) standard. In the tests, the behavior of the brake lining due to wear, friction and temperature was examined.
