Abstract (EN)

In this study, the ceramic industry for innovation and product development applications, ?Computer-aided prototyping? equipment designed, prototypes have been manufactured and tested material. Work; the design began with the determination of design parameters. The device began to work with the determination of device design parameters. Within the framework of these parameters for the necessary calculations of the device design and manufacture were made and three-dimensional drawing made by a drawing program. According to the drawing, the bearing parts and the device parts were manufactured, the other parts were purchased as ready. The body of the device as a built-backed aluminum profile, axis motion system as a ball-bearing slides and ball screws are used with the bearing. Step motors are provided in the power system Installation of all mechanical parts were made ready made system. A stepper motor drivers and motor control were operated with the electronic control card. Toshiba electronic integrated stepper motor control unit was used in device and the movements are controlled by KCAM 4 program. The software system was composed of two parts computer and microprocessor control system software. The application was prepared by the computer software, micro-controller based control card commands are transmitted via the serial port to necessary for the production of a prototype control board, stepper motor driver and DC motor drive circuit performs the control with the assistance of engines. As a result, the system includes the production of the prototype by drawing, carving and painting, used in 3 different areas. As 2 and 3-D prototype has been tested for use with application of ceramic patterns carving, drawing and painting by the device.
