Taxation in the capital market and the effects to the formation of capital market

After explaining the cognitive knowledges about capitalmarket firstly, to determine the effects of taxation on formation of capital market,savings, formation of capital and capital market development process were analyzed.The development of capital markets and taxation process in turkey were told togetherwith the theoretical relation between capital markets and taxation types. After analyzingcapital market formation process, it has been seen that the taxation type of capitalmarkets is one of the important factor together with the economical and politicalstabilization that effects the formation of capital market.
