Abstract (EN)
Global warming is one of the biggest problems on a global scale at the present time. When considered actual situation and results of global warming, if we don't take due precautions, it ends up luridly. The urban heat islands enhance the effect with decrease in area of green zones and increase in area of hard landscaping zones. The urban islands are one of the primary resons of global warming. When considered the population icrease and needs of human, the areas of hard landscaping zones will contiune to rise. The hard landscaping zones has wide open space on a urban scale. Value of reflectance one of the worthy of notice the selection the materials of hard landscaping zones. Values of reflectance different two materials has otherwise values in same day and simultaneously with thermal camera. If same materials have different colors, they have different values of reflectance. Value of reflectance are one the important criterions when selection the materials of hard landscaping design.
